Here's what some of our team have to say about what it's like to work at BlueArc:

Simon, Senior Developer

I’ve been with BlueArc since the beginning. Every day there is something new to learn or some challenge that makes things interesting and exciting. The company is constantly growing and moving forward and is driven by some extremely experienced senior managers and backed up by some of the best in the industry throughout the business.

Although the culture is relaxed and friendly, we are always looking to improve and streamline our processes to make our products and services the best out there.

Nik, Senior Project Manager

When starting at BlueArc, I was amazed at the welcoming atmosphere and positive culture of the company. BlueArc’s management team is very open minded to suggestions, and the flat organisational structure makes it easy to influence how things are done.

For me the most important thing is that BlueArc involves all business units in the project process. When starting out with a sale, all parts of the business are involved from sales over consultants and through to developers. This ensures that everyone is on board and committed – and gives the client the best possible result.

On top of that, BlueArc supports various “extracurricular” activities such as soccer (football for us Europeans), and holds several social activities throughout the year, making it a very enjoyable place to work.

Atif, Senior .NET Developer

I have been with BlueArc for few years but it feels like a great lifetime just because every day, it’s an amazing feeling to work amongst the people who are not only the best in the business but are a great bunch of people. BlueArc is surely one of the best digital agency and solution providers in Australia but what makes it even more different from any other company is its friendly culture and great working environment where everyone is always ready to help, listen to your ideas and share a laugh with you.

We at BlueArc always strive for quality and customers satisfaction and in doing so we take on and conquer new challenges every day. The learning experience is never ending and so is the fun.

Ben, Business Development Manager

I’ve been working at BlueArc for nearly 18 months and it has been good times since. The team is great and the opportunities we get to work on are excellent and keep the buzz going in the office. The culture is awesome and makes you feel like you have a whole team backing you up on everything you do. There is a good mix of fun and serious in the office at all times and when you need help, you can always tap someone on the shoulder and they’ll do what they can to back you up.

BlueArc is one big open plan office so you get to rub shoulders with everyone. Management are always there to support you where needed and on the flip side, give you space to be successful in your own way. Everyone has the opportunity to put their hand up and take on something new if they want and you are encouraged always to keep learning and doing the best you can.

If it is a pancake breakfast, a table tennis challenge, a client meeting, a mountain bike event, conference, movie night or drink up the road at the local, BlueArc is an excellent company to work for.

Camilo, .NET Developer

Working at BlueArc has been an amazing experience. It is challenging, interesting and empowering. Never before have I had the opportunity to work at a place that is growing so fast, where the dynamic atmosphere makes you give your 100% every day, and where your achievements are recognised constantly.

After one year in the organisation, I still feel that I am learning everyday, that we are on the path of becoming leaders in the industry, and that I am growing as a professional more than ever.

I also love the social scene. There is this life-work balance culture in the office that is just so special. Many of us are involved in sport activities, my work colleagues come in on Monday talking about their cycling adventures, some of us play soccer at lunch time, and some others participate together in events like the City2Surf run.
