The challenge was to create a fresh new design and an intuitive shopping experience that reflected the unmistakable Jigsaw design appeal. The ability for Jigsaw marketing staff to efficiently manage online content including product information was also imperative.

BlueArc implemented a custom ecommerce solution based on the IgnitionSuite Web CMS platform. The solution provides the Jigsaw team with complete control over site content and the ability to quickly and easily showcase new season and sale items.
The online boutique features a clean user interface and simple navigation to encourage customers to explore the Jigsaw brand and product collections. The online boutique incorporates a seasonal ‘look book’ which features a range of outfits styled from the Jigsaw collection to provide shoppers with inspiration to get creative.
The online boutique encapsulates the Jigsaw brand with its classic styling, accessibility and concise checkout process, mimicking the elegance of the in-store experience.
The online boutique provides Jigsaw with a new revenue stream that is easy to maintain and serves the needs of customers. Since the launch of the online boutique Jigsaw is exceeding their ambitious online sales targets. Other success metrics include:

• Increase in average time spent on site by 50.96%.
