The Transplant Australia vision is for Australia to lead the world in organ and tissue donation and transplantation – saving lives, improving quality of life and providing much needed care and support.
Transplant Australia is charged with a mission to increase the rate of organ and tissue donation, improve the community’s understanding of transplantation as well as provide members with support, education and guidance. Without an effective online presence, achieving these objectives and communicating with key stakeholders and members of the public proved to be a challenge.
Monetary donations could only be received via the post. The subsequent manual processing of donations created an administrative burden for Transplant Australia staff and proved a laborious task for supporters. A consistent approach to the promotion of the World Transplant Games and Australian Transplant Games was also required.
BlueArc created a detailed roadmap to assist Transplant Australia improve web based communications and workflow processes. Taking a creative and fresh approach to the user interface, the Transplant Australia website was redesigned and developed based on the IgnitionSuite Web Content Management platform. IgnitionSuite allows content authors to easily update the website without the need for design or technical skill.
With the ability to manage multiple websites, IgnitionSuite was also used to power the website for the World Transplant Games. For each website, the BlueArc solution provides:
