Sydney Airport Corporation Limited (SACL) required a website for a new parking initiative which would allow customers to pre-book parking online. BlueArc designed and custom developed the E-PARK website to provide SACL with comprehensive functionality for customers, travel trade and parking administrators.

The site was integrated into Tivoli Access Manager (an authentication and authorisation solution) and IgnitionSuite Web Content Management System (Web CMS). IgnitionSuite provides authorised staff with the ability to easily update content on the site – without reliance on the IT department. IgnitionSuite has also provided Sydney Airport with extranet features. Other features of the system include:

  • Customisable parking module for the management of service levels, email templates, fees, bookings, customers and travel trade
  • Customisable rate tables and promotions
  • Highly sophisticated reporting capabilities

The number of bookings and registrations to the E-PARK website has exceeded SACL expectations and has provided SACL with a new and profitable revenue stream. The system is user-friendly, visually appealing and secure. The web content management system saves time and increases staff productivity.
